Centra-Power

Cost effective, convenient operation from a single hydraulic source. Easy to install and use, CENTRA-POWER consolidates the individual pumps, motors and reservoirs used on individual levelers into one, convenient hydraulic pumping station.

pic of centra-power Equipped with redundant pumps and motors, CENTRA-POWER provides safe and reliable service that you expect. Should one pump or motor happen to fail, the back-up unit allows you to continue operation as if nothing had happened. This feature virtually eliminates the possibility of downtime.

CENTRA-POWER also reduces field electrical installation costs by removing the need for costly starter/disconnects at each individual dock position.

Barrier Lip Leveler

The Poweramp Barrier Lip safety option can be purchased for use on levelers that are 6', 6.5' and 7' wide and in leveler lengths that are 6', 8', 10' and 12' long and in capacities from 20,000 to 120,000 pounds. Standard lip lengths of 16" are increased in length to provide a barrier of 7" above the plane of the dock levelers platform. Additional height barriers and lip lengths are available, consult factory.

All standard leveler options such as Clean-Pit, Centra-Power, Automatic Return to Dock, Dual Lanyard Control, Lip-Out, E-Stop, and Truck Restraints can be used in conjunction with the Barrier Lip leveler.

Poweramps Barrier lips are rated to withstand a 10,000-lb. impact at 4 m.p.h.
