Powerlift-Truck Levelers

Longer lower trailers provide new obstacles for today's loading dock attendants. Powerlift makes loading these trailers easy and efficient in areas where the loading dock leveler can not easily adjust for the extreme variance between the dock height and the trailers bed height. Powerlifts hydraulic operation safely raises or lowers a truck's trailer to match the height of your loading dock. Pit-mounted or surface mounted models accommodate the widest variety of trailer sizes with the result being increased material handling efficiencies.

Standard surface mounted units are 10' wide by 14' long and have a 10' wide by 2' approach ramp, while pit-mounted units are 10' wide by 12'/14' long. Both incorporate rugged I-beam construction and 4-way safety tread plate for years of trouble free operation.

While pit-mounted units have an overall width of 10' and operating range of 18" above grade and 18" below grade, surface mounted units are 12' in overall width with an operating range of from 5" to 30" above grade. Other ranges are available, consult factory.
